The pool industry has been undergoing a phase of transformation for several years. Manufacturers and sales organizations are adapting their structures to make planning, service, and supply chains even more resilient. novacomet and aquacomet are now consciously taking this step as well, moving toward a clearer and closer integration within their corporate group.
Aquacomet has been active in the European market for over 30 years and is one of the established manufacturers of fiberglass pools, pool enclosures, and pool decks. With the founding of novacomet GmbH in 2019, service and customer support for the German market were significantly strengthened through dedicated contacts, installation coordination, and on-site technical support.
We have been accompanying both companies for more than two decades as part of our editorial work and as a long-standing media partner. We recently spoke with Alexander Seemayer, Managing Director of novacomet GmbH, about the next step in their joint development.
Statement by Alexander Seemayer
“We remain an independent company in Germany with familiar contacts and a clear connection to the market. At the same time, we will take advantage of an even stronger network within the group. Central processes such as purchasing, accounting, warehousing, and marketing will be consolidated across the group as of January 1, 2026. This will make us more agile, faster, and more competitive.”

What does this mean for partners in Germany?
“Our partners will benefit from more direct processes, clearer structures, and more attractive terms. Communication paths will be shorter, and there will be more room for what truly matters: planning, consulting, and joint projects on site. We want to provide stronger support and add more value through closer collaboration.”
What remains unchanged?
“The team. The attitude. The responsibility toward our customers. Trust and reliability are the foundation of our work, and that will not change. On the contrary, we are creating a more stable basis for sustainable growth in a market that continues to evolve.”
What is your outlook for the coming years?
“The market is becoming more demanding. Clients are better informed, seek high-quality solutions, and expect quick responses. To be successful in the long term, companies need robust structures, strong products, and clear communication. That is exactly what we are aligning ourselves with.”
