A new look at WaluDeck

Turn Your Pool Into Premium Outdoor Living Space

As the pool season opens, one product is quietly becoming the go-to specification for pool builders looking to offer their clients something genuinely different: the WaluDeck mobile safety deck from Walter Pool.

More Than a Cover – A Living Space

WaluDeck does what no standard safety cover can: it transforms a swimming pool into a usable, walk-on terrace. Whether your client wants outdoor dining, a sun deck, or simply a safer pool environment for their family, WaluDeck delivers all of it – in one system.

Available in two ranges, the WaluDeck ORIGIN and the WaluDeck FLAT, the system caters to everything from compact spas to large residential pools up to 10 x 5 m and beyond.

ORIGIN: Maximum Flexibility for Any Project

The ORIGIN range is built around a modular aluminium frame system. With seven available module widths and custom lengths in 25 cm increments (from 2.5 m to 8.5 m), it can be tailored to virtually any pool shape — rectangular, free-form, or with integrated spas. Load capacity ranges from 600 kg to 1,500 kg per module depending on configuration, making it suitable for heavy-duty cladding including porcelain stoneware tiles.

For larger or heavier terraces, the optional motorisation kit (24V with integrated control logic and electronic end stops) eliminates manual effort entirely. Terraces exceeding 1,500 kg must be motorised — a straightforward upsell for high-end projects.

FLAT: Stock-Available Speed for Smaller Pools

The FLAT range offers three fixed module sizes — F23, F32 and F42 — available directly from stock, making it the ideal solution when clients need a fast turnaround. At just 15 cm in height (including cladding), FLAT gives pools a sleek, low-profile look. It carries a maximum load of 500 kg and is also compliant with the French NF P 90-308 safety standard.

Safety Without Compromise

Both ORIGIN and FLAT are fully compliant with NF P 90-308 — the benchmark safety standard for pool covers designed to protect young children. Clients don’t have to trade safety for aesthetics: WaluDeck delivers both, backed by a 5-year structural warranty.

Why Specify WaluDeck This Season?

Pool builders and installers specifying WaluDeck gain a compelling commercial argument: it replaces a safety cover, a winter cover, and a terrace in a single installation. For clients who want their outdoor space to work year-round — not just in summer — it’s a straightforward upgrade conversation.

Walter Pool supports every project individually with technical configuration tools, detailed load tables, and a dedicated sales team. Whether you’re quoting a standard rectangular pool or an unusual free-form design, the team has the expertise to configure the right solution.
