BEHNCKE Introduces the New ORBIT Filter Series

German manufacturing quality, slim design and efficient filtration at an attractive price-performance ratio

With the new ORBIT filter series BEHNCKE expands its portfolio with a modern filter solution for professional pool water treatment.

The new ORBIT 1000, ORBIT 2000 and ORBIT 3000 filter tanks combine durable materials, modern aesthetics and reliable filtration technology. Manufactured in Germany, the series focuses on high quality, practical handling and long service life while maintaining an attractive market position.

The idea behind the series is clear: “Manufactured more affordably, but not cheaply.” The ORBIT filters are designed to deliver maximum performance with minimum expense while maintaining the quality standards associated with German production.

Made entirely from glass fibre reinforced polyester resin (GRP), the filter tanks offer excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The slim filter body supports optimized filtration performance and efficient water circulation inside the vessel.

An optimized lower water distributor ensures an even water flow through the filter material and creates the foundation for reliable and efficient filtration results. In combination with AFM filter media, the system creates optimal conditions for crystal-clear pool water and high water quality.

Modern design with practical advantages
The ORBIT series features a clean and contemporary design in elegant grey (RAL 7046). This modern appearance allows the filter tanks to integrate harmoniously into contemporary technical rooms and pool installations.

BEHNCKE also recommends combining the ORBIT filters with frequency-controlled filtration pumps. Both products are available in matching grey colours and complement each other visually and technically.

Large service openings simplify maintenance and inspection work. Depending on the model, the upper service opening is available in DN220 or DN300. An optional acrylic glass lid allows visual inspection inside the filter tank during operation and servicing.

The ORBIT 2000 and ORBIT 3000 models also include an additional side service opening in DN220, optionally available with an acrylic glass lid. This simplifies access during maintenance and service procedures.

Reliable filtration technology made in Germany
The filter tanks are manufactured in Germany using a hand lamination process from high-quality GRP material. BEHNCKE combines this production method with precise workmanship, internal quality management and manufacturing processes based on ISO-certified standards.

The ORBIT series is designed for an operating pressure of 2.0 bar and tested up to 2.9 bar. Additional features include corrosion-resistant vent valves, PVC vessel feed-throughs and a drainage connection prepared for hose installation.

The combination of robust construction, modern design and durable filtration technology reflects BEHNCKE’s long-standing focus on reliable and high-quality pool water treatment solutions.
