WHAT MAKES THIS POOL SPECIAL
The lovingly designed garden of a brick house in Bochum was transformed by Marco Weidner Schwimmbadtechnik into a comfortable wellness area – featuring two pools.
The larger pool comes from the M-Line series by RivieraPool, measuring 7 × 3.5 meters and designed primarily for swimming. It is complemented by a CSIDE mini pool, also from RivieraPool, which is dedicated to relaxation.
The mini pool is operated at a higher water temperature and features a surrounding seating bench, inviting people to gather comfortably. Two integrated massage jets even provide a powerful massage for the lower back.
Visually, the mini pool stands out with its infinity-style overflow edge, which creates an attractive focal point even when the pool is not in use. Both pools are finished with Ezarri mosaic tiles, whose color tone resembles the natural stone surfaces surrounding the terrace and garden walls, creating a harmonious overall design.
Water treatment is handled by a filtration system from Astral, while measurement and control technology from Prominent ensures reliable operation. A Zodiac heat pump provides comfortable water temperatures.
The swimming pool is also equipped with a solar-powered roller cover, which remains hidden beneath the pool edge during use.
DESIGN DETAIL
Separate yet connected, the two pools complement each other perfectly in this garden. For the mini pool, a corner of the swimming pool was cut out to create a dedicated space. The mosaic finish in a marble-like natural stone appearance visually ties both pools together with their surroundings.
