Illuminated Evenings by the Pool

WHAT MAKES THIS POOL SPECIAL
For a family from the Upper Swabian region, Bergmann Pools created a spacious pool landscape featuring numerous premium amenities. The rectangular swimming pool measures 14 × 4.5 meters, providing ample space for an integrated shallow-water zone as well as a slightly elevated whirlpool area. The latter extends into the shallow-water zone, which frames it on both sides.

Both the whirlpool and the swimming area can be heated independently. This allows the whirlpool to be used comfortably even on cooler days without the need to heat the entire pool. Two people can relax side by side on the ergonomically shaped loungers.

From the shallow-water zone, an entry staircase on the left leads down into the 1.5-meter-deep main pool. In the swimming area, a counter-current system enables athletic training, while a geyser feature bubbles water upward from the pool floor. Massage jets integrated into the side wall of the pool provide additional relaxation after swimming.

Colored LED underwater spotlights create the perfect atmosphere in the evening. The entire pool technology can be conveniently controlled via a touchscreen or a smartphone app and also includes an automatic water treatment system with electrolysis.

The pool can be covered with a solar roller shutter cover that is otherwise recessed into the floor, while a water level control system automatically compensates for any water loss. The installation is complemented by a newly built bathhouse featuring a technical room, a spacious lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

DESIGN DETAIL
At the head of the garden pool is the elevated whirlpool area, featuring two mosaic-tiled loungers. It can be heated independently from the swimming pool water, while the whirlpool’s overflow edge offers an unobstructed view of the pool.
