SPECK Expands Strategic Footprint in France with Antoine Liber

SPECK Pumpen Verkaufsgesellschaft GmbH is reinforcing its position in the French market with the appointment of Antoine Liber to the newly created role of Strategic Business Development and Market Excellence Manager, effective April 1, 2026.

The move reflects SPECK’s broader strategy to deepen its presence in one of its most important European markets. France has long been a key growth region for the company and is expected to gain further strategic importance in the coming years. By establishing this new leadership position, SPECK aims to strengthen both its local market structure and its network of distribution partners.

With more than two decades of international experience in the pool industry, Antoine Liber brings a strong track record in strategic procurement, portfolio development, and cross-border collaboration. In his new role, he will be responsible for advancing market development initiatives in France, enhancing cooperation with partners, and translating evolving market requirements into targeted portfolio and sales strategies.

According to Armin Herger and Christoph Ott, the appointment marks a significant step in aligning SPECK’s capabilities more closely with customer needs in France. They emphasize that Antoine Liber’s international perspective and execution strength will help accelerate the company’s ability to deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with local partners.

Pascal Fleutelot and Bruno Rethoret

Antoine Liber will work alongside Pascal Fleutelot and Bruno Rethoret, forming a strengthened leadership team focused on driving innovation and market responsiveness. Rethoret will continue to contribute his extensive industry expertise in a supporting capacity.

Fleutelot highlights that the reinforced team structure will enable SPECK to respond more rapidly to market demands and further enhance its customer-centric approach in France.
