WHAT MAKES THIS POOL SPECIAL
On Lake Constance, Bergmann Pools designed and realized a private wellness oasis that harmoniously combines luxury and nature. The garden, with its varying elevations, presented particular challenges. However, thanks to the seamless integration of the pool – and a separate whirlpool – into the existing terrace, a cohesive overall concept was created that expands the living area with a high-quality relaxation zone.
The swimming pool measures 10 × 3.5 × 1.5 meters and features a WellLounge shallow-water zone for relaxed lounging. A generously dimensioned Palace staircase makes entering the pool easy and gives it a representative appearance.
The pool interior is finished with Ezarri mosaic tiles in the color Lava, giving the water a deep, elegant appearance. Athletic swimming is made possible by a powerful counter-current system, while an underwater roller shutter located at the rear end of the pool can cover the basin with solar panels.
The cover can also be used as a seating bench, making it a functional design element. An additional heat pump supports energy-efficient operation and extends the bathing season.
Pool technology can be conveniently controlled via mobile devices, while the water treatment system operates fully automatically. The outdoor lounge area is complemented by elegant garden furniture and a pergola by Gandía Blasco.
For this design, Bergmann Pools received the European EUSA Award 2023 in Silver.
DESIGN DETAIL
In the integrated shallow-water zone of the pool, located just in front of the staircase entry, family members can relax in the water – a particularly popular feature.
