From 10 to 12 February 2027, XLeisure will host the 18th edition of the International Exhibition of Swimming Pools and Spas in Bologna.
There are still a few months to go, but the countdown for industry professionals has already begun. From 10 to 12 February 2027, BolognaFiere will welcome the new edition of XLeisure, the event dedicated to leisure professionals promoted by Editrice Il Campo in partnership with BolognaFiere.
For those working in the pool, spa and water wellness sector, there is one date to mark in the calendar above all: ForumPiscine.
The benchmark for the entire water industry
Now in its 18th edition, ForumPiscine – the International Exhibition of Swimming Pools and Spas – continues to stand as the meeting point for manufacturers, distributors, designers and managers of swimming facilities.
Far from being a simple exhibition space, it is an ecosystem in which the entire value chain of the water sector finds room to engage: from treatment and filtration technologies to facility management systems, from pool construction materials to energy efficiency solutions.
Alongside its exhibition dimension, ForumPiscine brings a training programme designed to address the sector’s most pressing challenges: the sustainable management of facilities, technological innovation applied to aquatics, and new models for the use of public and private swimming pools.
Growth that speaks for itself
The figures from the 2026 edition tell the story of a healthy, expanding sector: XLeisure’s exhibition space grew by 23%, and the event drew more than 8,000 industry professionals, taking part in a programme of over 100 events between conferences, workshops and training sessions.
A solid foundation on which to build the 2027 edition, with the aim of further consolidating ForumPiscine’s role as Italy’s benchmark event for those who design, build and manage water facilities.
Coming up: Water and Fire
Among the content already confirmed for 2027 is a new experiential installation entitled ‘Acqua e Fuoco’ (Water and Fire), created in collaboration with AIAPP – the Italian Association of Landscape Architecture.
The project will bring two primary, complementary elements into dialogue to explore the relationship between landscape, swimming pools and contemporary design, in an approach where balance and naturalness become genuine design assets for the water spaces of the next generation.
This will be accompanied by a conference programme developed in partnership with trade associations and industry bodies, along with live shows designed to demonstrate technologies and solutions for pools and spas in action.
An event that appeals to everyone
With ForumPiscine 2027, the sector is preparing for a new chapter built on innovation, sustainability and design. For three days, BolognaFiere becomes the place to discover new products, engage with trends in the water market, and build business relationships with Italy and abroad.
