BINDER Offers Trial Swimming for Turbine Pool Systems

A new approach to swimming pool enjoyment is gaining attention among pool owners who want to combine fitness, relaxation and modern technology in one system. Turbine based swim systems from BINDER GmbH & Co. KG are designed to transform a conventional swimming pool into a versatile training and wellness environment.

At the core of these systems is a powerful and wide water flow that keeps the swimmer stable in the water. This allows users to focus fully on their technique during endurance swimming sessions. The same water flow also enhances aquatic fitness exercises and supports rehabilitation activities by providing controlled resistance. Families also benefit, as children enjoy playing and moving in the current created by the system.

A key advantage of the technology is its energy efficiency. Compared to conventional counter current systems, the turbine based solution can reduce energy consumption by up to eighty percent. Operation is designed to be simple and user friendly, with control possible via a push button, remote control or the BINDER24-App.

To allow potential customers to experience the system before making a decision, test swimming sessions are offered without obligation. These sessions are available through selected specialist dealers as well as directly at company demonstration locations. The aim is to give interested pool owners the opportunity to experience the water flow and swimming feel in a real environment.

The technology is offered in two main system types. HydroStar is designed for new pool installations and can be integrated efficiently during construction. For existing pools, EasyStar provides a retrofit solution that can be mounted directly onto the pool edge without major construction work or complex electrical installation. A standard household power connection is sufficient for operation.

The systems have also received industry recognition for customer satisfaction. They were honored with the Plus X Award, based on consumer evaluations conducted across a broad demographic group in Germany. The recognition highlights strong acceptance of the product category and its performance in real world use.

Beyond sports and fitness applications, the systems are also positioned as wellness enhancers. The natural swimming sensation and adjustable resistance make them suitable for relaxation exercises and therapeutic water activities. At the same time, the playful interaction with the water flow adds an entertainment factor for families using private pools.

With growing interest in multifunctional home pools, turbine based swimming systems are increasingly seen as a way to extend the usability of private swimming facilities. The combination of training capability, wellness function and energy efficiency positions the technology as a modern upgrade for both new and existing pools.
