dinotec Launches Yellow Poolcontrol System for Q1 2026

dinotec GmbH has announced the launch of its new Yellow Poolcontrol system, scheduled for market introduction in the first quarter of 2026. The company positions the controller in the segment of automated water treatment systems for private pools and highlights its combination of advanced functionality, intuitive operation and competitive pricing.

dinotec is a subsidiary and brand of CF Group, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of swimming pool equipment. With the introduction of Yellow, the company further strengthens its position within the group’s portfolio of control and water treatment solutions.

Focus on Usability and Connectivity

Yellow has been developed for automated water care applications including pH regulation and disinfection via Redox-controlled chlorine dosing or active oxygen, combined with integrated dosing technology. According to dinotec, the system is engineered to combine high technical performance with straightforward installation and daily operation.

A central feature is the five inch capacitive colour touchscreen. The interface follows a smartphone-like operating logic and is based on newly developed interactive software. The user interface is structured for clarity and logical navigation. Context-sensitive help functions are available directly on the display, while a dedicated technical overview page provides a clear presentation of system status and operating parameters. An integrated maintenance and ordering function is designed to support specialist dealers in after-sales service.

Remote access is enabled via the free dinoConnect app and web connectivity. Pool owners can monitor and control their systems at any time, while authorised trade partners are able to perform remote diagnostics and service support. This approach is intended to create additional service opportunities for the trade while enhancing convenience for end customers.

Comprehensive Feature Set in Its Class

In terms of equipment, Yellow offers an extensive range of functions. The controller supports multi-speed filter pump control and complete filter management with freely programmable times and performance levels. Heating and lighting systems can be integrated with the appropriate accessories, including optional DMX control. Smart home connectivity via EIB KNX and MQTT is supported.

Further options include measurement and control of free chlorine, connection of diaphragm metering pumps, RFID quick login and a snapshot backup system. Frost protection, party mode and holiday mode are integrated as standard features. The Signature Light function acts as both a visual status indicator and an ambient design element. Various measurement technology configurations are available, and AI-based service support forms part of the overall concept.

Installation is based on a plug and play connector system developed to minimise mounting time and increase reliability. A guided setup assistant supports commissioning step by step, while an integrated calibration archive ensures documentation and traceability for service operations.

Competitive Positioning in the Mid-Range Segment

Despite its broad functionality and connectivity features, dinotec states that Yellow will be positioned with a strong price-performance ratio. The company describes the system as one of the most comprehensive and economically attractive solutions in its category.

With Yellow, dinotec and CF Group are expanding their portfolio in automated pool management and reinforcing their strategic focus on user-oriented design, digital integration and service-driven system architecture in the mid-range control segment.
