Every year, the Hayward European seminar is held in a different country to bring teams together in a new environment for work and exchange. For the 2026 edition, employees gathered in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, near Madrid, from June 24 to 26. This event brought together European sales teams as well as representatives from marketing, finance, logistics, customer service, engineering, and product management.
The program included sharing results, preparing for the 2027 season, presenting upcoming innovations, and conducting collaborative workshops. Beyond the work sessions, this annual gathering also helped strengthen bonds between teams and foster exchanges among employees from different countries and functions. A highlight that contributes to consolidating collective momentum and alignment around the company’s shared objectives.

Far from being limited to sales representatives alone, the event brought together all the vital forces of the company, from product designers to marketing teams, including customer service and logistics. This meeting of all professions broke down daily barriers and paved the way for very concrete collaborations. The entire dynamic of the workshops was built around a clear and mobilizing message, that of aligning to win and focusing to grow, which served as a common thread during these three days.
Together, the participants were able to cross-reference their expertise to shape the upcoming 2027 sales campaign and prepare the ground for the arrival of the brand’s next technological innovations.
Celebrating the commitment of all those who make a difference every day
This collective ambition can only work if everyone feels valued and listened to. This is why this stay placed immense importance on the recognition of individual efforts. When logistics, customer service, and marketing team up with sales forces in the field, results are measured immediately. The grand awards ceremony was a particularly emotionally powerful moment, ideal for publicly honoring everyone’s commitment.
This year, the highly anticipated sales trophies rewarded the remarkable tracks of Laszlo Gajo, Vincent Bianciotto, and Javier Lozano for their exceptional performances in their respective sectors, under the warm and sincere applause of all their colleagues. The title of best technician was also awarded to Julien Pisaneschi.
Finally, two other employees, Alice Lemaitre and Maria Jesus Romero, were honored for their leadership and commitment, within the Logistics and Finance departments respectively.

As they boarded their planes back to their respective countries, employees took with them much more than just memories. This 2026 Hayward European seminar leaves behind a solid dynamic and a very clear course for the months ahead.
By succeeding in blending intense strategic sessions with sincere moments of disconnect between all departments, the event proved that a team united and focused on the same goal is capable of taking on any challenge.
