Hayward reimagines the pool experience at the Piscine Global Europe 2026 trade show

At Hayward, the focus is shifting away from pure technical performance. At Piscine Global Europe 2026, running from November 17 to 20 at Eurexpo Lyon, the pool equipment manufacturer will present EXPERIENCE HAYWARD®, an approach that puts technology at the service of a pool that is easier to manage and more enjoyable to live with.

The international player arrives in Lyon with a vision centered around the user. Its conviction can be summed up in a few words. An innovation is worth less for its performance than for what it truly changes for those who use it, both professionals and owners. In a sector where technical datasheets often look very alike, the choice to talk about uses rather than figures deserves to be highlighted.

People no longer come to it just to swim. The pool has become a space for relaxation and sharing, a place where people gather for the moments that matter, with friends, family, or simply to unwind at the end of the day. Hayward infers that technology must remain discreet and accompany these uses without ever weighing them down. The manufacturer therefore aims for simpler pool management, so that the experience remains intuitive and pleasant on a daily basis, including for an owner who does not want to spend their weekends monitoring their installation.

A message that also speaks to professionals

The message does not stop at private individuals. Pool builders, installers, and distributors are directly concerned, because for them an innovation matters as much for its performance as for the time it saves in the field. Equipment that is simpler to install, adjust, and explain to the client makes every job easier. It must also meet what clients demand and offer a real argument against the competition, which becomes invaluable when several quotes end up side by side on the table.

From filtration to automation

To support this ambition, Hayward relies on an extensive catalog covering filtration, water treatment, heating, and cleaning, not forgetting lighting and automation. In other words, the brand intervenes in almost all the functions that keep a pool running, and this is precisely what allows it to defend an overall approach rather than an addition of isolated equipment.

Darío Vicario, vice president and general manager for Europe and the rest of world, embraces the desire to go further. Our ambition is to evolve the pool experience by putting technology at the service of uses, he states. The executive relies on a recognized expertise in pool equipment and solutions, but he now speaks of a more global and intuitive approach that creates value for both professionals and end users. This is the vision the brand intends to present to its partners in Lyon.

An immersive journey on the stand

To illustrate all this, the team has designed an immersive journey at the heart of its stand. Rather than a simple succession of aligned products, visitors will see how Hayward technologies lighten the daily lives of professionals and enrich those of pool owners. The idea is to understand through experience what the brand summarizes in one sentence, a pool that is simpler, more intuitive, and more pleasant to live with.

The brand innovations will be unveiled on site during the trade show. Hayward says no more for the moment, leaving room for curiosity. Professionals making the trip to Lyon will therefore have the opportunity to discover them live, ask questions to the teams, and judge for themselves what these novelties can bring to their clients.
