The digitalization of water treatment takes a decisive step forward with the arrival of Nimbus, the new platform developed by Emec, which will be officially available starting this year.
Nationally premiered in Italy at the last Convegno d’Autunno, Nimbus was created to revolutionize the way operators and managers handle swimming pool systems, offering a tool that is more advanced, intuitive, and, above all, closer to the daily needs of the sector. It represents the direct successor to the historic Ermes platform, which accompanied the growth of remote control in water treatment systems for over 15 years. With this new project, Emec takes a generational leap: the platform has been completely re-engineered, not only in terms of technology and performance but also regarding the approach to user experience, which is now more central than ever.
The heart of Nimbus is a simple, organized, and easily customizable dashboard, designed to provide a comprehensive and immediate overview of system status. Users can monitor parameters, devices, and alarms in real time, view the geographical location of installations, and intervene promptly on any anomalies without the need for travel. The entire system is accessible from any connected device, enabling authentic remote management of the systems.
Great attention has also been paid to work organization tools. Nimbus integrates advanced team management functions, with customized access levels based on roles, and a dedicated agenda for scheduling maintenance and interventions. This is supported by detailed reports and a series of visual alerts that simplify control and improve the timeliness of operations. Data protection is guaranteed by advanced encryption protocols, in line with the highest modern industry standards.
With this year’s official launch, Nimbus sets itself as the new benchmark for swimming pool system automation and supervision. Emec thus confirms its commitment to continuous innovation, offering a solution designed to increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve operational safety, and simplify all management activities.
