Professione Acqua is back with a major event on October 21 and 22, 2026. The Campus is designed for professionals who work in the pool industry, as well as anyone looking to build new skills in the field. The course runs for 8 hours. The cost includes course materials, a final assessment test, and coffee breaks.

Professional Maintenance Technician: 16 Hours for Full-Time Professionals
For those who work in pool maintenance as their main profession, there’s a more advanced 16-hour course for professional maintenance technicians. It’s a more demanding programme, and it isn’t recommended for anyone without at least some prior experience in the field.
The goal is to train a professional who is fully equipped to handle every technical aspect of a pool system. As with the first course, the cost includes materials, a final test, and coffee breaks.
The programme, spread across two days, covers the following topics:

- Chemical treatment
- Biological risk
- Automatic control systems
- Laws and regulations
- Plant room safety
Day 2
- Filtration
- Heating and ventilation systems
- Electrical systems

- Inspection and safety upgrades of suction systems in existing pools
Pool Manager: Regulations and Technical Skills in 8 Hours
The third course is designed for anyone taking on responsibility for a public swimming facility. Over 8 hours, participants gain the essential knowledge of the legislative and technical requirements needed for this role.
It’s the ideal course for managers of condominium pools, tourist accommodation facilities, and public swimming pools. Here too, the cost includes materials, a final assessment test, and coffee breaks.
The programme covers:
- The State-Regions Agreement
- Technical and legal regulations
- ASL (local health authority) inspections
- Worker safety
- Inspection and safety upgrades of suction systems in existing pools
