Professional training: in February, four live webinars by Assopiscine

Four online training sessions for swimming pool industry belongers, each dedicated to a different topic: here’s which and when.

Assopiscine, Italy’s swimming pool and wellness association, is conducting its training program for the first quarter of 2026, with as many as four online sessions scheduled in February that will be completely free for members and €25 each for non-affiliates. Industry professionals who decide to become part of the association after attending these sessions will be reimbursed for their costs.

Online meeting calendar

The first appointment is scheduled for Friday, February 6th at 10:00 am, and will focus on energy-efficiency measures for indoor pool climatization.

The second meeting, set on Monday, February 9th, again at 10:00 am, will address new technologies for under-tile waterproofing in installation systems: the performance and benefits of the latest innovations, as well as a brief overview of current regulatory requirements.

The third live webinar will be held on Monday, February 23, at 10:00 am and will concern the correct application of PVC-P swimming pool reinforced membranes. It will focus on the relevant production standard, best practices, and installation methods, including heat welding, fastenings, construction detail management, and final inspections, as well as the documentation to be provided to the customer.

The fourth meeting, broadcasted on Thursday, February 26, at 10:00 am, will cover two crucial areas related to chemical products used in swimming pools: disinfectants or biocides and their regulations, as well as those governing the proper ADR transport of chemicals by road.
