The eighth edition of the B2B event for gyms, swimming pools and sports centers will be held in Romagna for the first time, on October 27 and 28 at the Grand Hotel Da Vinci. The two-day program combines targeted meetings, discussion and networking between suppliers and facility operators. Attendance is capped, and no other event in Italy follows the same format.
After seven editions with steadily growing approval, Pool&Fitness ContAct is changing scenery and heading to the Romagna Riviera. Cesenatico will host operators from the fitness, swimming pool and wellness sectors.On one side are the buyers: owners and managers of clubs, aquatic facilities and sports centers. On the other are the sellers: companies that offer products and services.
A tailored agenda for every participant
One-to-one meetings are the core of the event, which is organized by Assosport, Wbox/HA Wellbeing and Professione Acqua. Each participant receives a personalized schedule, built on the preferences they state at registration.
Every meeting lasts 20 minutes, a format designed to present concrete solutions to genuinely interested counterparts. To keep the quality of contacts high, participation is limited to a small number of companies and operators.
The October 27 program
The first day opens with a session for buyers only. An industry expert leads the discussion, which is open exclusively to owners and managers of gyms, sports facilities and venues.
B2B meetings will run from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and, after lunch at the Grand Hotel Da Vinci restaurant, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The evening is devoted to socializing, with an aperitif at “La Spiaggia” at 7:30 p.m. and dinner at the hotel restaurant at 8:30 p.m. It is an ideal opportunity to strengthen the relationships formed during the day.
The October 28 wrap-up
On the second day, meetings continue according to each participant’s individual schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event closes with a buffet lunch at 1:00 p.m.
