WHAT MAKES THIS POOL SPECIAL
With sensitivity and creativity, the team from GrünForm Achtermann – Gärtner von Eden designed a garden that harmoniously fulfills the distinct wishes of two homeowners: a lush green retreat just steps from their terrace, offering a touch of vacation every day.
The concept features two pools with different purposes. The larger RivieraPool M-Line (9 x 3.2 meters) serves for athletic swimming, equipped with a counter-current system and maintained at a cooler temperature. A heat pump ensures that the water remains pleasantly warm despite the size and reduced base temperature.
Clad entirely in Ezarri Lava glass mosaic, the pool rises slightly above ground level, creating a subtle pedestal effect. At the same time, the pool terrace seamlessly connects with the coping on one side, reinforcing the clean architectural lines.
Three steps higher, the smaller CSide pool sits elevated on a decorative platform. Heated by an electric system and activated by an air bubble massage feature, it serves as a relaxing warm-water retreat. Both pools are equipped with Ospa water treatment systems and hidden slatted covers.
A Warema pergola with adjustable louvered roof, a Square design sauna, and an Ideal Eichenwald outdoor shower complete the ensemble — while the Inlite lighting system and underwater spotlights bathe the garden in a soothing glow after dusk.
DESIGN DETAIL
The smaller, warmer pool sits atop an elevated stepped podium, making it both an aesthetic centerpiece and a practical feature. It can be accessed comfortably from three sides, with a natural stone path leading behind it to the private beach volleyball court.
