WHAT MAKES THIS POOL SPECIAL
In collaboration with a garden and landscape architect, Pro Pool designed this pool to complement the cubic architecture of a modern home in Dreieich. The result is a clean-lined swimming pool that harmonizes perfectly with the building’s design.
The pool is a Skimmer Invisible model by Niveko, whose dimensions were individually configured based on the predefined layout of the garden. With a size of 8.46 × 3.66 meters, it creates a particularly harmonious overall appearance.
To achieve a perfectly balanced look, the pool was constructed with precise right-angled corners, matching the width of the basin and creating a clear, modern aesthetic. The pool interior is finished in white, giving the water a soft light blue tone that reflects the pale-colored base.
The technical equipment comes from Topras and includes a fully automated water treatment system as well as a heat pump installed some distance away, ensuring consistently warm water.
An underfloor slatted cover from Rollo Solar Melichar is integrated into the pool. To maintain the clean visual appearance, transparent polycarbonate slats were used, preserving the pool’s elegant look.
Even when the cover is closed, the pool remains visually appealing thanks to the option of colored underwater lighting. When open, the cover housing doubles as a seating element, blending seamlessly into the surrounding garden design and its lush, carefully planted flowerbeds.
DESIGN DETAIL
The wide staircase, positioned directly in front of the terrace, ensures a comfortable entry into the purist pool. The two stainless steel elements integrated at its center conceal a counter-current system by Hugo Lahme, allowing for endless swimming.
