WHAT MAKES THIS POOL SPECIAL
In the garden of this residential home in Herford, Frenz Schwimmbad & Saunabau built a pool that harmoniously integrates into the spacious terrace and garden landscape.
A terrace positioned directly in front of the house extends across the entire property and leads deeper into the garden. It frames the swimming pool and continues behind it into a sun terrace with four loungers and a barbecue area. Beyond that lies a large lawn that gently transitions into the adjacent woodland.
The pool comes from the M-Line series by RivieraPool and measures 11.5 × 4.5 meters. It is fully finished with Ezarri mosaic in the color Metal Lava, which gives the water a shimmering appearance.
Integrated into the roller shutter niche is a polycarbonate cover by Grando with solar slats. It protects the pool when not in use while also allowing solar heat gain. A Fluvo counter-current system installed at the pool edge provides relaxing neck massages as well as a striking design feature.
Pool technology is controlled via the sopra inter-command system. This system manages the automatic water treatment, regulates the speed-controlled Badu Eco VS filter pump, and operates the water feature. A UV-C additional disinfection unit is integrated into the circulation system.
The pool water is heated by a sopra QWT heat block combined with a heat exchanger.
DESIGN DETAIL
With its elegant shape, the curved waterfall rises above the pool edge like a cobra with an extended neck. Its black surface and visible carbon structure give the striking model a distinctive appearance.
