Spring Aquatic Event makes its debut just outside Milan on 21 and 22 March

EAA introduces the new training and networking event for the swimming pool and aquatic wellbeing industry.

On 21 and 22 March 2026, the first edition of Spring Aquatic Event – the new happening promoted by the European Aquatic Association dedicated to the world of swimming pools and aquatic wellbeing – will take place at Seven Infinity in Gorgonzola (Milan).

The event is aimed at pool managers and owners, technical managers and directors, aquafitness instructors and aquatic trainers, wellness and aquatic movement professionals, as well as enthusiasts: a broad audience encompassing both those who drive the strategic decisions of facilities and those who work in the pool on a daily basis.

Spring Aquatic Event was conceived in line with EAA’s mission: to spread the culture of Vertical Aquatic Styles (VAS) and expand the aquatic population. Taking part in the various scheduled activities means updating technical and methodological skills, engaging with the leading players in the sector, discovering new applications of Vertical Aquatic Styles and integrating health, prevention and longevity into aquatic programming, strengthening the positioning of swimming pools in the wellness market. The format combines strategic vision, networking and hands-on training, and is designed to provide immediately applicable tools.

The programme: two days of strategy and training

Saturday 21 March will open with the Talk ‘Piscine d’Eccellenza’ (free of charge for the namesake facilities), a discussion session reserved for owners, managers and technical directors — those who drive the strategic decisions of today’s and tomorrow’s swimming pools. The afternoon will feature PoolNetwork, WBox & Partners’ B2B meeting format. The day will be completed by two thematic workshops aimed at trainers and aquatic wellness enthusiasts: the first, led by Piero Benelli and Fabrizio Cantarini, will focus on prevention, wellbeing and sport in water with new proposals for swimming pools; the second, with Viviana Venticinque and Edoardo Cognonato, will explore 1to1 relational marketing and team building. Sunday 22 March will be entirely dedicated to hands-on training, with a programme of masterclasses and in-pool sessions focused on a new interpretation of vertical aquatic activities.

Certifications and training credits

Upon conclusion of the event, EAA will issue a certificate of participation to all attendees. CSI will additionally award training credits valid for the renewal of the DD001 qualification for those registered on the CSI portal.
